The Gwinnett Municipal Association (GwMA) is a 501 c3 nonprofit organization created by the cities of Gwinnett to help foster better cooperation among the cities of Gwinnett; to improve the understanding of the complex issues that cities face; and to provide for maximum efficiency and economy of taxpayer dollars.
GwMA consists of general membership representing elected officials and staff of the 16 cities in Gwinnett County. The association has two standing committees: the Executive Board (Board of Directors) and the Intergovernmental Relations Committee.
GwMA meets the first Wednesday of every other month. Meetings are scheduled in February, April, June, August, October and December. The GwMA Intergovernmental Relations Committee meets the first Wednesday of the month in January, March, May, July, September and November.
